Hi,
As continuous call and message receiving from your side I have gone to get my SIM up gradation to the authorized local airtel dealer at Deoghar after completing all port procedure he asked me to pay Rs.50/- for the same as it suppose to get free of cost as per your instruction received from your side . My no. is 8817630265 and the same thing happened to my wife she was charged Rs.30 for upgrade the sim #9630817781.
Please look into the same as Dealers are bothering customers by asking to pay for SIM up gradation and making money illegally.
