Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have purchased new Mobile Phone “Nefon Z1 Ultra 8 GB RAM 256 GB ROM 64MP Quad Camera Smartphone 5100
mAh Battery (Z1 Ultra)” for Rs 3,999/- through online “https://www.shopmymobile.in/” dated 29.04.2021 from the below mentioned company.

But till date I have not received my Mobile phone.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps on this kind of fraud company and arrange to refund my money at the earliest.
