I am Sagnik Ghosh, s/o Soumendra Nath Ghosh .After WhatsApp communications on dated 12th March , 2023 I have placed my order for a “SAMSUNG GALAXY S22 ULTRA including a GALAXY WATCH and SAMSUNG EARBUDS” for free via WhatsApp on dated 14th March, 2023 (14/03/2023) after full payment of Rs.10000.00 ( Rupees Ten Thousand Only) through Google Pay at 11:20p.m. to Mr. Ratan Dom (6296598072@axl) , UPI Transaction ID : 307366950981, GOOGLE Transaction ID : CICAgJCL3emOAg. The delivery address given for the Phone and Buds was my residential address i.e. SAGNIK APARTMENT , TIKORHAT , MALIRBAGAN , BURDWAN, DIST : PURBA BARDDHAMAN – 713102 , WEST BENGAL and the Watch delivery address given was HOSTEL 17 , MIT MANIPAL , MANIPAL, DIST : UDUPI – 576104 , KARNATAKA (as I am a student of Manipal Institute of Technology , BTECH. cibil 1st year). But surprisingly neither it was delivered as per given addresses within the given tentative period nor their was any further reciprocation in WhatsApp from the dealer after my repetitive knockings .
I think I have been deceived by ” THE ELECTRONIC WORLD OF GADGETS ” whose WhatsApp number is ” +91 8594961324″ .
With folded hand , I humbly requesting your kind assistance in this above matter and which will be highly solicited and please do the needful . Praying for your speedy and positive reciprocations in this regards.
