I have been already paid my Principal lending amount 2254/- to Aditya Birla group Customer care representative on call.
They promised me to waive off the extra charges, but still penalties are getting added to my account.
I complained several times from the past 3 months to each Customer care representative of Paytm as well Aditya Birla.
They promised that it will be solved but still it is not resolved.
My Cibil score is getting affected very badly.
Now representative are giving thread for the interest money.
