13-Dec-2023 I have ordered the bag in meesho and paid for that expected delivery they have given in that app 29-Dec-2023.But delivery person not called me reg courier handover and otp also not came he not delivered my order simply he updated the system as delivered as on 29-Dec-2023 reality is not received he is not contacted me reg courier handover and I raised a complaint myself ordered bag not received that day itself complaint number#No:8703867668666 in meesho customer care I asked many times kindly connect with delivery person reg I know the reality they never connect and they say option is not available and after 7 days without any verification they reply me in mail as delivered no verification still am struggling issue not taken again raises complaint on 04-Jan-2024 complaint#8704382284178 not yet received my bag still meesho side no action and verification taken
