I had paid my September 2020 bill having amount of INR 2520/- online and even my payment is showing successful. However I have been receiving further month bills and shows due. I also discussed this with adani customer representative and asked to lodge complaint. My case was closed stating this is resolved but still in my current bill this is showing balance and added.
I registered two complaints with Adani customer care team under complaint number earlier Complaint # 1028409710 which was closed and fresh complaint number 1028560539 dated 22.01.2021.
They have still not reverted back on my mail nor calls. Really pathetic service. Here Our PM is encouraging to pay online and companies like these are taking advantage by saying we did not received your payment.
I need my payment back or I will not be paying a penny.
