Text of Complaint by Ajinkya Uchale:

I have purchased phone Samsung M31 on EMI from Samsung Finance plus site in June 2020. I have paid all my emi on time but they locked my phone on 3rd November 2020. From then till today 17 December 2020 my phone has been locked can’t access my phone. Complained them many times,have on hold on their helpline for hours. They transferred my call to different department. No one resolved my problem. Provided them with my bank statement. Got confirmation mail from them about payment but phone is still locked.

It has been very hard for me to deal with them. Frustrated with their poor service.
