We have paid money to the company for our kids audition for April 1st week season but their is no response or reply from the companies side. They are not replying or picking any calls.

We are doing our best to answer the phone and respond to the messages. But our office hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. During these hours, you will likely get a response from us in a timely manner .
