There are no open loans with Jalan Chemical Industries or Mpokket Financial Services. I have repaid all of the loans but still in my credit report it is showing that there are 3 active loans with overdue amount of Rs. 2,256
This is negatively impacting my credit score. I have tried contacting customer service for Mpokket and Jalan Chemical Industries but there has been no response yet.
Please help me get it rectified.
