Aug 22 to 23 made an international hotel booking with make my trip , when we reached the stay on aug22nd evening 5.3o pm their was no one to attend us, we managed reach villa manger/ care taker over call. Initially he asked us to wait for sometime and later he stopped picking our calls. As we got to know by 7pm that village gets shut and we couldn’t find any hotel so had to choose a home stay.
Once im back from vacation I reached out make my trip explaining the situations. Its been more than a month and half, initially make my trip people were ready to solve the issue. Now they started false allegations on me saying property owner said we have checked-in their property. From past 4 days im receiving mails from make my trip claiming they are trying to reach on my number but its not reachable which is straight away a big lie.
All I asked them was im not demanding for refund but I want you to take serious action on property management who had put me in a scarry situation that too on foreign land . Its about women safety and I asked them explicitly to look into this issues.
For the falls allegations that I have check-in, All I asked was plz ask property owner to provide my check-in details and passport details.
I couldn’t understand how can such big companies dont even care about women safety and after so many calls.
