I paid for airtel broadband connection on 31st July 2020. The plan is unlimited GB in 16MBPS. I paid 2474 rupees for 3 months. The agent said i will get the connection by 1st of August, then he said they will give the connection on 3rd August, then he ask me to call his manager and provide his number, after that the agent and his manager not pick the call. 4th August his manager called me and said they will give the connection on 5th August before 6PM if not they will refund the amount, but it was not happen. 6th August the agent call me and said the plan is not available now and ask me to pay for 100GB data plan and he ask me to pay 2828 rupees. and he said i will get he connection by 1PM. I paid the amount, but till now i am not get the connection. And when ever I call the agent is messaging me that he is in a meeting.

I want to know that Airtel is advice their agent to give this false comment and get the money from customer?
Due to this delay in connection
1. My kids lost their 4 days lesson (online classes)
2. I am not able to login my system and do my job and I lost few customer calls. Due to this I have to give explanation to my management for my job security.
