On 27th July I paid for jio setup box via Paytm. Initial it showed debited. A few minutes later the technician said that due to technical error the payment didn’t go through. The amount will be refunded, I called the call center and registered a complaint. Till now nor did my money get credited nor I didn’t receive the setup box. I’m from Secunderabad, Telangana
