made an order for a mobile and paid through my friend’s card from Russia. I live in Russia but come to India once for 2 months a year. After my payment, my account is put on hole and they don’t have a proper solution and response for my problem. I’m behind this problem since 5 days . I’m not able to login and also I did not receive refund also. They are not providing a proper answer whenever I call or ask them.
