I ordered 3 jackets worth 2167 Rs on 5th dec, and I was told that it would be delivered by 15th. I was also told that I would get an order confirmation when the product ships, neither of these things have happened so far. I don’t know what my options are at this point but, when I paid on the scanner, the name of the account came up as Mr. Chiranjeev Pegu, Along with that, I’ve attached a scanner that I paid from which has a number on the side, Truecaller suggests the muber is of a Mr. Solanki Badsinh (9913916737). It’s a hard to make out what’s what, but as a costume I’m infuriated.
