I placed an order for some metal sculptures on July 25th, and received confirmation that it was on its way, but I never received it. The order number is 2021071609362018549
I have tried emailing the company multiple times but always get a response like, “We’ve checked your order, if there is no update, it may be something wrong with the system, we’ll check and update the information” or “I’m checking this with my colleagues who are in charge of this issue” or “We’re looking into this issue and will get back to you ASAP”. I still have not heard back.
I want the merchandise or my money refunded. Today when I tried to go to their website, Myeagerheart.com, it says it cannot be found.
