I bought IPhone 11 through Tata clique website which had an offer of ₹5000 cashback on HDFC credit card which was promised within 120 days. I ordered the phone on 16th December 2020 and it was been almost 6 months and still waiting for the amount. I have already called the customer care several times and also mailed them with bills and artefacts regarding the matter but there is no response. Please look into this matter because ₹5000 isn’t a petty amount which can be missed. Attaching the bill copy below
