I have a prepaid internet connection however seems 25th of August 2023 the internet service is down. I have contact several time to jio customer service helpline however they are unable to help me with a resolution, every time I call the customer helpline they just tell me to wait for 2 hours again 3 hours and then they informed that the Internet will be back by the end of the day, how about this issue is happening since last Friday with no resolution.
I am not getting any follow up calls or update regarding the internet issue that I am facing since a long. Nor any engineer visited my home to check and provide solutions.
