We have been using gtpl broadband from past 2years. This time we made the payment for gtpl broadband renewal along with gtpl fibre upgradation. Its been almost a month, there is no action on the same. Even normal internet is also not working. We have been following up with them from so long but still no response. Last year they requested to place the main dp for the whole society on our terrace & we allowed them. Now what is the point of doing any favors. We are very much disappointed with this. Strict action should be taken against them.
