Sir I had been using flipkart pay later EMI and paid all the EMIs timely. But late payment is shown in my credit score due to which credit score become very low. Moreover when I called customer care of IDFC first bank which is it’s financial partner they told me that a due of Rs .
433/ is still unpaid but I have paid all the EMIs except Rs. 22 and the payment option for this is still not active. I don’t know what to do. So I request you to kindly solve the matter.Some supporting proofs are attached herewith for your reference.
