I had ordered a Vguard 3 litre zio pro water geyser on 18/06/2023 of Rs.3099. Amazon showed that if I pay an extra of Rs.120/, they assured a delivery in 2 days. Hence, as I was in emergency need of the water geyser, I paid the extra money of Rs.120. Till date on 22/06/2023, amazon has failed to deliver me the product. While tracking the product, it’s shown that the product will be delivered only on 23/06/2023. This is manipulating the customers by snatching extra money from them by assuring fast delivery and failing to do the same. Hence, I demand refund of my extra charged money along with a suitable compensation for having got cheated.
