I made the payment through HDFC billdesk on Nov 29, 2018 using my ICICI bank account. The amount got debited from ICICI on the same day. The transaction receipt from Billdesk states that it will take 3 working days to credit the amount in the recipient’s A/c. But it’s been more than 15 days, the amount is neither credited to the HDFC credit card nor have I received the refund in ICICI A/c. And Billdesk claims to have successfully transferred the fund. Such a fraud company. And does not even reply to the query or pick up the phone.
If they have transferred the amount successfully, in that case provide me the Account details in which the money was transferred.
