I had ordered a headphone from Skullcandy website on 14th of November 2023 and I still haven’t received it. I haven’t even received the details regarding the order and I’ve called the customer care several times and what they constantly keep replying is wait for 24-48 hours. Other than this they haven’t replied anything else.
