We have paid Our company post paid Bill in May 30.05.2020 but its still not got updated in Airtel and still sending over due remainder.
we have Transaction number and we have sent mails to enterprise@in.airtel.com but we have same script reply, auto reply if we keep on mailing then ask for few details regarding payment and we have given the details even after that they Simply send a payment receipt.
if they sending payment receipt that means payment as done but they are not checking and when we call 121 or 198 the just say to mail enterprise@in.airtel.com. enterprise@in.airtel.com will just send a receipt and say hope this will help you.
we asked to call us or give us a concern person number they as they cant nor they call us.
