PAID AND PRECHARGE THE BROADBAND AND STILL THE HOT SPOT NOT WORKING
Hi, I am again trying to recharge 9667079401 and it say “pls enter a valid tel number. I am trying to recharge this number again
PAYMENT REF NUMBER-180923773995 this is my payment ref number but i do not know on which devise did it accept the payment to the 4g hotspot or to my parents mobile
Sent messages but no response. It seems you get a large number of complaints because your serve is not good. Otherwise your CS team would have responded on tweeter in few hrs and it wouldnt have taken more than a day and still no response.
Shame on you.
