Text of Complaint by Shubham Kabadwal:

I have made the payment of INR 215 to Simpl Pay App against my Zomato order, Payment made through net banking (SBI) reference no. 1841819647IGANXMITD5.

But Simpl pay is still showing the amount due, they have taken my time as their app is also slow and unnecessarily showing that I have to pay them, this is fraud. Such type of entities should not be allowed to operate. They also do not inform when ordering, straightway the amount is accepted when ordering without any confirmation and information, this is bad way to cheat and they are forcefully making customers.
