Sir, as in the attached letter, on October 2, 2020, I gave Rs 18849 to Amazon online from my account. Whose refund is only 100 rupees of exchange offer so far. Rs 18749 not received yet. Only one collaborated on talking about customer care. He told that which reference no. has given. Showing only 100 rupees on it. Which is credited to my account after I complain to the bank. The date of which is 05. 12. Is 2020 The remaining 18749 rupees have not yet entered my account. It lacks app. Two references it should have happened. Meanwhile, I keep calling again and again and not answering correctly. Spent three months taking 10 to 15 days. Your employees are suffering a lot. And are not cooperating Now the consumers have been forced to take refuge in the forum. Please take the appropriate amount immediately and refund the total amount immediately.
