I made a payment of Rs 50,000/- on 03/01/2024 through hdfc payzapp app towards my credit card account. However, as of 04/01/2024, the payment has not been credited to my account.
I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and request an immediate investigation into the status of the payment. I have attached a copy of the transaction receipt for your reference.
If there are any issues or discrepancies, I would appreciate receiving detailed information on the same. Additionally, I would like to know the expected time frame for the resolution of this matter.
