Airtel Broadband had taken an advance for 4100 Rs for the Airtel broadband at :12 Sirifort Road , first floor, New Delhi 110049 , in february 20 and broadband could not work even for a day , due to NO FIBER IN AREA …When I contacted the Airtel person who collected the advance amount Sarit -(his number is 7428188663 ) he said fiber had not been laid in my area ,so internet will not work.I told him I had specifically told him that earlier Airtel did not have fiber so he should be sure that internet will work and that I being a lawyer ,needed fast speed ,he said be assured fiber had been laid and assured fast speed .I was clearly cheated .THEN YOU SHIFTED the broadband TO GURGAON on 12th July 20 ,fixedline number 012446126421 .YOU PROMISED TO RETURN THIS ADVANCE AMOUNT ,BUT YOU HAVE NOT .On shifted broadband instead of adjusting advance paid you enhanced bill plan to 1490 plan ..how – ON WHOSE INSTRUC TION …THEN I WAS TOLD ON 6TH SEP that this amount is waived ,I was told this by Customer Care 121 ,by Airtel Supervisor ,I was told this by customer care supervisor -TARRUNAM THAT THE amount is waived off at 9.20 am n subsequently also several times. You also undertook to refund advance .
