I reached the bus boarding point (Nuego bus lounge) 20 minutes before my time and the bus picked me up and drove away. I also called him 3 times. Still I told them to wait for some time and I will take a taxi there, but they did not agree and kept saying that if you complain about me, I will not stop. I have never seen such volvo service in my life. I would never suggest anyone to take nuogo bus. Please return my money as soon as possible .. Thanks Regards
