Placed an online order on zomato app for two items from BTW — Milk Cake and Cham cham, from BTW. This ideally should have amounted to Rs 313, including GST. Unfortunately, an additional Rs 30 was levied (plus GST). By the time payment was made, the bill amount came up to Rs 343. The extra Rs 30 was for “packing charges”.
