i have received the order without the pen inside the box. Seriously i couldnt belive how the investigation was happened. they have telling the seller as sent the correct product, his he verified whether the item was inside the box before delivering.?
from my side when i opened the parcel i could see the item was missing. i need a full repayment for this product.
without enquiring the receiver side i dont how this investigation was ended. dont try to foul us.I need the solution soon..I want my money back
