I ordered from Jio Mart on 30/8/22 i pay prepaid 262 rupees for that product online they did not delivered to me 6/9/22 delivery date got crossed even no delivery calls i get so i called customer care they said maybe some issue happened product will be returned automatically and we will give you your refund money Rs. 262 with in 7 days now its 20/10/22 still i don’t get my refund they just everytime saying please wait. why they take to much time product got returned 15/9/22 i can see that status also still they not refund my money today is 20/10/22 they are saying please wait why should I wait so long more 1 month over
