The below orders were ordered in MEESHO and were supposed to be delivered on December 19, 2023 by COURIER PARTNER: VALMO

It is a prepaid order, and I got the OTP for all these orders in the morning of December 19.

But after an hour or so, I received a notification stating that the orders were delivered. BUT I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS, AND I DID NOT SHARE THE OTP WITH ANYONE. I never got a call from the delivery agent, nor did the delivery agent come to my location. Also, I haven’t shared the OTP with anyone.
On the same day, I registered a complaint through Meesho customer service that my orders were not delivered. A ticket has been raised, and I received a confirmation email regarding the same.

But after a few days, I got a response from the back-end team stating that the order had already been delivered. (Attached, you could find a screenshot of the mail responses received.) I tried to call customer care again, but they were not ready to provide me with a solution and made me wait in the call for 30 minutes, and then they hung up the call. The customer care team was not ready to provide me with a solution.

The total cost of the orders is Rs. 748. This is not my first time ordering through Meesho. I’ve purchased many products and never faced this issue before. I would like to request that you check the orders with the delivery partner. Being a valuable customer to Meesho, I would need a solution for the same. I cannot pay for something I never received. The OTP message contained the delivery person’s name, Arun Vijay R (COURIER PARTNER: VALMO)

I have been following up with customer care but haven’t received a proper response or solution. The customer care agent hangs up the call without providing a solution.

I am requesting your urgent support in this matter.
