Actually I have placed order of air pillow by Amazon app, which should be delivered by 24th july. But order is not delivered by agent rejected directly reason no contact with customer.. I had contact to Amazon customer care service on 25 th july agent name Mr bhaskar had spoken with me told reason because no contact with you, I had update my alternate number for delivery, but again same package not received, again next day on 26th I contact to customer service spoken with Mrs naina told me your package will delivered by evening, but I get msg by delivered patner that your package had rejected by you & refund you will get. I am damn frustrated by Amazon service please take action against Amazon deliverey hub which is not giving good service to customer & delivery agent who not working properly..
