For the last 3 days the parcel has been showing out for delivery but they never contact me neither delivered the parcel.

We have checked and the package has been delivered to you on 17th May 2022. As per the tracking link, the package couldn’t be delivered to you since the address provided by you was ‘out of delivery area’.
Once the package is shipped from our warehouse we have no control over it as it is handled by the courier company through which we ship our package (i.e Shiprocket).
We apologise for the inconvenience.

A friend of mine order a product from you, this is the order id. 20694 (ordered on 27th august). And there is no update from you side on the order. She is trying to contact you on your Instagram and she even mailed you but no response. You need to update her if there’s an issue. And if you can’t deliver the product initiate a refund.
