I have created a label for shipment by “Envia shipping” from Ahmedabad to Bangalore.
Pickup was done on 27th April 2023 and estimated delivery was by 31st April 2023.
Tracking shows package delivered at Bangalore HSR Hub on 30th April 23. But it is not delivered to destination after that and tracking does not show any further update.
There is no contact number to which we can complain for delay in delivery. I raised complaint before 5-6 days through email but they are not responding at all. Looks like they have shared fake email ids for customer care. Also, website shows telephone support but no number is shared.
When I went to the live chat support of Envia, they raised a ticket. But they are not giving any update from 5 days on the ticket. They just keep that package is missing in hub, so team is investigating and not giving any further update.
Package contains working laptop and other assets of office needs to be delivered to my office, because of which my salary, relieving cum experience letter and FSS is on hold. This is very important to me but Envia and logistics partner Delhivery are not taking it seriously.
