I wanted to bring to your notice the trouble I am currently facing with my Paytm order 6280357254 (Sony 55 inch LED TV). The order got delivered to me few days before and when it was delivered the package was damaged. The package was torn in one side and the product was visible outside. The vent in the package is such that one can put in fingers/hand and touch the LED screen. This being an electronic item and all that we pay is for the LED screen it is very sensitive for us that the packaging is damaged and the product is visible outside and touchable. I placed the return request immediately given I have the rights to return the product within 7 days and take the refund. Post this I received a mail & Paytm app message asking for the pics showing that the package was damaged and I immediately replied in Paytm app with the requested pics. Next day the Return request was Rejected and when I called the customer care they told me that I need to reply to the mail with the pics and not in the app. As requested i replied to the mail with the pics. Since then I’ve been calling the customer care multiple times and I am getting least support and irresponsible actions/response for this return request. For me it looks like the corresponding Paytm team and the seller is trying the best to have this product pushed to me somehow. Kindly request your intervention here and arrange for adequate support to process this return and refund. Appreciate your understanding that this is a huge money spent from my end and it is a hard earned money and cannot be spent for unsatisfied product delivered.
