I received a cod package from Delhivery Pvt Ltd. I thought it was ordered by some family member thus paid the COD amount. Later understand no one in the house ordered this package

Hi, I received the same order by Delhivery courier guy. It was written on the label that I ordered some Crepe Kurti in Size L but I never ordered anything recently nor anyone else did. And as it turns out, the seller name listed on the package was HJ Star. Looks like it is a spam. It was asking me to pay the same amount 299₹. But I refused to accept it.
