- I had recharged on 28th May 2020 at 12:03am for 698 rupees, but my package wasn’t activated. When i called for customer care they told my recharge amount will be credited to my account were in i called continuously 3 days and same response was given, but today my package has been activated after a week of my recharge done and the package ends on August 20 2020, by which i will get the benefit only for 77 days. My humble request is i want the benefit for 84 days for which i have paid. Thank you
