The unlimited validity recharge was done. I had to recharge with rs 35 again for continued services.

Yes! its true. I talked to Airtel customer care regarding this message. Airtel wants to earn Rs. 1 per day from billions of indian airtel subscribers. airtel becomes billionare everyday! just switch with mnp to bsnl. on bsnl just recharge rs. 36 and get 6 months validity
