I recharged my number with 379 on 14 May 2021. It was effective from 16 May 2021 to 7th August 2021 (84 days). On 4th August 2021 I received a message from AIRTEL”Don’t wait for the last day to recharge. You can recharge now and your validity will get added in your current pack. For best offers dial *121*51#” . Then I recharged my number before the expiry of my pack validity. Today I recharged my number with 598. But within few minutes I received another message from AIRTEL “.आपके एयरटेल नंबर xxxxxxxx00 पर रु598 का रीचार्ज सफलतापूर्वक हो गया है, साथ ही वैधता भी 27-10-2021 तक बढ़ा दी गई है। ” But if my pack continues with previous pack the validity of the today pack will be 30 October 2021.
I recharged my number only when I got the assurance from AIRTEL that my previous pack will be continued. There is no rules of pack changing mentioned in the message.
So I request you to consider my message and continue my current pack validity till 30 October 2021.
