I have 2 mobile numbers. On itg the numbers I observed that packs are expiring way before validity date. For example 379 pack which is for 84 days expired in 60 days. On the other number i recharged 49 rs basic pack for 28 days. On top of that I have recharged 98 rs and 251 rs data pack which are valid as per base validity. I did not receive 50 gb data at all, though base pack validity is for another 10 days. I have used only 9 gb data with in less than 20 days.called cx care multiple times only to listen fake promises Nd not even ivr responds properly. Worst AI IVR. Have a customer support number atleast which is functional.
