I did two recharges of Rs 179 through Airtel Thanks App for another number, but instead of crediting to the target number, it’s credited to my account. Again the two packs of Rs 179 didn’t activate after the expiration of my current pack of Rs 455 though it is reflected/shown ACTIVE in Airtel Thanks App Hence currently I can’t make any call or send any SMS. But it’s still Active in my Airtel Thanks App.
NB: The expiration date should also be 27 June, 2022 not 11 June, 2022 coz my Rs 455 pack expired on 30 June, 2022.
