I’m a student and currently the mode of study is online.. So, I had a recharge of 199 with 1.5gb data but it was being insufficient so, today u recharged with 398 unlimited pack of 3gb data per day, unlimited calls, 100sms/day.
But the pack isn’t active on my phone no. Yet.. And it shows it will be active after the validity of the current pack expires. But I really need the pack to get active so that I can do my online classes. Please look into this issue URGENTLY!!
