Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is RAHUL PANWAR, and I am writing to address an urgent issue regarding my PCFIN CEASE-TERMINATED Personal Loan Account, identified by Account No. 191217020257915498.
PCFIN’s license has been cancelled by the RBI, and I need your assistance in clearing this issue and updating the details to all the credit bureaus, namely TransUnion CIBIL, CRIF High Mark, Equifax, and Experian. I paid the loan in full and closed the account on 14-01-2020. However, I discovered that the account is reflecting as overdue in my credit report in February 2024, which prompted me to take immediate action to rectify the error.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including reaching out to PC Financial’s customer care team and nodal officer, the problem persists. I initially contacted PC Financial on 29-02-2024 and followed up with a call to customer care and another email on 10-04-2024, seeking assistance in updating the overdue status in my credit report to accurately reflect the closure of the account.
This persistent inaccuracy in my credit report is causing me significant mental pressure and adversely affecting my financial standing. Therefore, I urgently request your intervention to address this matter and ensure that the overdue status is corrected promptly.
I kindly request your urgent attention to this issue and appreciate your cooperation in resolving it at the earliest. Additionally, I urge you to update the status in my credit report with no negative flags to restore the accuracy of my credit profile.
Attached to this email, you will find a copy of the payment receipt, my latest credit report, and previous email communications with PC Financial for your reference.
