I have booked oyo room on 20-10-2021. that time i paid the money through Amazon pay later two times . Money deducted from my account due to the transaction failure on your app and after of 10 days they refund money as oyo wallet money .. during the booking of next upcoming booking, i am not able to pay through oyo wallet money That money will expired on 15- feb-2022… This is my hardcore earn money and you are expiring that money .. even i am not able to use this money to book hotel … I already complaint several times but you didn’t respond .. this is my final request to refund my all of the money into my account or give permission to use that money complete.
