Text of Complaint by Anupam Lingampalli:

I booked an oyo room

BOOKING ID GTEF7153 but when I reached to certain oyo rooms the receptionist was soo rude and rooms are not available replied rudely and said to leave but actually thinking he is giving rooms only for couples without booking and I reached to oyo tech support they didn’t even response about that it’s was late night and no one responded they kept my call on hold for 10 mins but no one responded
