I have booked oyo room but when I checked in the hotel asked for extra payment of 2750 for check in , so when I contacted oyo they said that they will refund the excess amount I paid and they have sented a mail regarding the refund. but when I’m calling them now as I haven’t received the refund they’ll cut the call everytime.
