As promised to provide
1. Internet- not working
2. Geyser- not available
3. Wash basin tap is not working
4. Toilet is very dirty ,pipe is broken and toilet roof is open (half part)
5. After complaing to OYO, manager/owner again and again come to room and start unnecessary discussion. So I avoided to complain in Oyo due to my safety.
6. I checked in at 9 pm and wanted to go outside of hotel, he did not allow to go after 10 pm whereas other guests goes after 10. He closed his hotel gate at 10:45 pm
7. I really afraiding from him.
8. I have paid full amount in advance for 3 days but I will check out next day .
9. I checked in on 23/11 at 9:30 pm and wanted to check out on 24/11 at 9 am due to safety from owner/ manager , noisy and poor quality of room.
I want to return my money back
