Dear sir
I have booked the room 1 Classic of 2 guests on dated 24 august 2023 at 12 : 00 Pm to 25 august till 11: AM.
i kind to in your notice, we had not check in the room and confirm before the check in via phone , but they had check in and check out the room itself . we have talk with him several times but did not return our payment .
please look in to the matter and help us to return the payment.
